freedom or jus the beginning of world war 2??

wah.. seems like i'm quite free to keep blogging... haha.. maybe... 2day, my supervisor is on leave... this should be it.. she's really under alot of stress. its time for her to really have a good rest... seems like ops get really getting out of hands.. not that we are not responsible for our jobs.. the problem is... we are always not in out ops room.. but running around everywhere.. almost everyday will go up to cheers at least three times and other msc outlets as well... have to check this and that.. rarely saw my supervisor coming up so often. don dare bother her also.. she's busy enough.

anyway, today got 2 hq ppl from cheers to come down and give cheers' students a briefing on customer service, retail merchandising, bla bla bla... actually, only cheers' students have to go.. but that mr chan wanna ops to go too... no choice. tml still have a lesson. this time round is the other 2 of my team members. as i expected, the hq ppl actually receive alot of complains from customers, suppliers, bla bla bla... haiz... they even know the notorious ppl in my batch.. some more listing down the person's name.. got a shock when they know it... even now, they know who are the hardworking ones and the notorious person of the new batch.. can't divulge out the names... confidential..

haiz... seriously speaking, cheers has been in a chaotic place after my batch... everybody simply don have a proper handover from my batch.. haiz.. so sad u know... can't blame them... so, i have to help them as much as possible and teach them the proper ways... my supervisor also have no strength to tell them off... can see that she's very tired already.... as a student and same age as the others, i do not have the authority to tell them off and scold them... really getting tired for such responsibilities given to me from the last batch.. now, the things i will do is to advice them, give them warning.. its their choice whether to listen or not.. the consequences are still for them to bear... haiz... really very sad when i saw the things that i'm in charge last time being so messy... haiz....even another ops who's from cheers previously don wanna go up cheers..

haiz... today, head of msc still have to personally go to cheers in the morning and help them sweep the floor... so damn embarrassing... i jus dunno y.. there's no disclipine from this batch at all.. i think the leader are too busy to notice her team mates schedule.. so many ppl went missing and lunch at the same time.. rarely sees only 2 ppl in cheers.. but now, i saw this happening quite a few times in a week... never tell my supervisor at all.. should i? i think i gave them too many chances already... should let hq ppl take charge..

from today onwards, one of the franchisee manager would be coming almost everyday to cheers.. good... its a she and she's "power".. haha... heard that she nag at everybody from my batch till this batch.. lucily, i never gotten nag by her b4... consider lucky cau whenever she came to the store, i was not around... maybe in supervisor room helping her do things... her policy is, "give 3 chances, after which gives hell !!"... anyway, i jus warn cheers today to tidy up their things.. no doubts.. mr chan had already ordered all ops to help cheers clear their things tml.. also, to go there in the morning and help them clean the floor if its dirty.. wth... do "sia" job. should let them do it themselves instead...

also, today is the last day of aug.. that means, ops would be damn busy.. collecting stuffs for month end, print data, print printer usage.. also, i would have to go up cheers and help them in their monthly reporting which is like hell... have to print this and that to submit to finance... oh gosh... guess have to go up cheers everyday... haiz...

haha.. this week quite slack.. still can go eat breakfast wif winnie who's ops now and my 1st stopover team mate... great that we still eat and go everywhere wif 1 another.. she's starting to learn cheers' system already.. good!!! oh yeah.. we also discover 1 of our favourite sweet now.. its so damn nice.. its strawberry sweet coated with chocolate. i think i'll eat 1 packet everyday.. oh gosh.. gonna gain back all the pounds. hehe.. "a chocolate a day, keeps the stressness away..." its true ok... quite happy wif this stopover.. nice communicating with the rest of the msc outlets students too.... "keep up the pace and drive past it!!!"
